April 18, 2024Finals Week is around the corner, and Galvin Library has your back. That includes tutors, quiet study rooms, coffee breaks, stress relief sections, and therapy dogs. The library will have 24-hour operations from Sunday, April 21, at 1 p.m. to Friday, May 3, at 7 p.m. -
Attend Black Student Union’s Emergence of Love Event
April 16, 2024Black Student Union is hosting an event called Emergence of Love from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. on Saturday, April 27, 2024, at McCormick Tribune Campus Center. The Emergence of Love serves as a transformative resource hub dedicated to addressing a myriad of challenges faced by students and communities in Chicago. With an intentional focus on holistic well-being, empowerment, and countering systemic oppression, this initiative provides a comprehensive array of resources to uplift marginalized communities. The event includes grocers, food, a panel about humanizing people of color and a fashion show called Element X. -
One-Week Summer Workshop on Bioengineering Innovations with Microfluidics
April 16, 2024Dive into the exciting world of Engineering Biology with Microfluidics at a weeklong campus workshop May 20–24. The Bioengineering Innovations with Microfluidics workshop aims to equip you with the fundamentals and applications of microfluidics needed to transform biological ideas into reality. The workshop will explore cutting-edge themes like microfluidics, tissue engineering, biomanufacturing, and engineering approaches in drug discovery. -
Sign Up for Color Run 2024
April 11, 2024The Color Run will be on April 20 at 2 p.m. just east of Kaplan. The first 200 people to register will get a Color Run t-shirt, sunglasses and food truck tickets. -

April 9, 2024This seminar, given by Dr. Kathryn Spink, Director of Pre-Health Professions Programs, will cover the medical school application process, including the common application service, letters of recommendation, the committee letter process, and interviewing. The event will be held at 12:45-1:45 p.m. on Thursday, April 18, 2024 in the Robert A. Pritzker Science Center, room 240. -

This application is for students who wish to live at Illinois Tech for any portion of the Summer 2024 semester. Summer housing will be hosted in Rowe Village Middle and Rowe Village South only.
