Students must complete a 1-hour safety training in order to use the Idea Shop, located inside of the Kaplan Institute. The Idea Shop is a rapid-prototyping lab built for students to use for class or personal endeavors. Students have built electric motors, refinished vintage furniture, and everything in between.
