Join us for the Tallest Paper Tower Challenge to celebrate National Engineers Week on Friday, March 3, from 12:45–1:30 p.m on the second floor of the Paul V. Galvin Library.
Work in teams of two to four to design and build the tallest free-standing tower using just paper, tape, and scissors in 15 minutes. Your tower must support itself and stand free for at least 10 seconds. It should not be attached to the table or floor. It cannot be taped to anything (like the vertical leg of a table or a wall) or supported by a person.
Registration is required for this event, which is being hosted by the Galvin Library, the Library Student Advisory Group, and the Office of Campus Life.
