The Office of Residence Life is pleased to announce the opening of the Spring 2025 Only application for housing. This application is for students who wish to enter Illinois Tech housing for the first time this academic year (2024-2025). Students may find the Spring Only 2025 contract in their student Dashboard under StarRez Housing. Please note that students entering housing for the first time this academic year may be required to make a prepayment to reserve a room. Due to high occupancy, room selection will be a first-come first-serve manual process by preference and availability. Come join the on-campus Illinois Tech residence hall community!

Students who have already completed an academic year 2024-2025 application and have a room for Fall 2024 do not need to complete the Spring Only 2025 application. Please direct any questions to housing@iit.edu.
