The Office of Residence Life is pleased to announce the opening of the Summer 2025 housing application. This application is for students who wish to live at Illinois Tech for any portion of the Summer 2025 semester. Summer housing will be hosted in Rowe Village Middle and Rowe Village South only. Please review the room types available for those buildings and Summer 2025 room rates.

The Summer semester will be divided into 4 sessions. Please choose the one that best works for your summer housing needs.

• Session A — May 19 to June 28
• Session B — June 2 to July 26
• Session C — June 30 to August 9
• Session D — May 19 to August 9

The summer housing contract can be accessed through your Illinois Tech Dashboard by searching “Housing System” or “StarRez.” This will direct you to the StarRez housing portal where you can apply. Due to expected high occupancy, room selection will be a first-come first-serve based on preferences, starting the week of April 14, 2025 and continuing through the semester. Please note, students canceling their housing contract early may be, subject to a $400 cancellation fee per the terms of the Summer 2025 contract in section Q. All Summer 2025 residents must hold a Summer 2025 meal plan.
