Illinois Tech BCBS health plan members and their eligible dependents* have access to FREE digital exercise therapy programs through our partner Hinge Health. This includes a brand-new women’s pelvic health program in addition to existing programs for joint pain, injury recovery, and pre- and post-surgery physical therapy.
What makes Hinge Health different? You’ll work with a physical therapist virtually and can do your exercise therapy programs anywhere, any time. Hinge also has AI tools embedded into the app that help ensure you’re performing your exercises correctly with every session. Finally, you can easily connect with your physical therapist and care team through the app and have access to them at your fingertips.
