Students: Share Your Perspectives on Seeking ADA Accommodations

You are invited to participate in a research study conducted through the Center for Disability Resources under the supervision of Dr. Lindsay Sheehan. The study explores students’ thoughts about seeking accommodations and is open to all students, regardless of whether you have ever registered for accommodations or received disability services.

Students with disabilities have often been underrepresented in research. Your perspectives may help disability services professionals in higher education, including here at Illinois Tech, better understand and support students’ needs.

Participation is completely voluntary. Choosing whether or not to participate will have no impact on your access to services, accommodations, or your standing with Illinois Tech. The survey is anonymous, and no personally identifying information will be collected.

The study link and QR code is attached below. Please feel free to share it with friends, classmates, or peers at Illinois Tech or any other college or university who may be interested.
