We are excited to share that Navigate360 is now live for all Graduate and Law advising units, including faculty advisors, professional advisors, Graduate Student Services, and our supporting care units. This platform provides a comprehensive and modernized approach to Graduate advising, communication, and student support.

Please log in to Navigate360 Academic Advising using your SSO credentials through the Illinois Tech Portal.

Navigate360 enables consistent workflows across all Graduate programs, helping us better coordinate student support and stay aligned as students progress through their degrees.

Getting Started – Recommended First Steps

Once logged in, we recommend completing the steps below:

• Set your availability for Graduate students to schedule appointments
• Sync your calendar to prevent scheduling conflicts
• Create your first communication or appointment campaign (e.g., registration reminders, milestone check‑ins)
• Review student records, milestones, holds, and alerts (as configured for your program)
