In observance of National Breast Cancer Awareness month, the “Paint IIT Pink” day will take place on Tuesday, October 15, 2013 when the campus is “painted” with pink decorations and the student body dresses in pink. Hosted by Kappa Phi Delta and sponsored by the IIT Office of Campus Life and Scarlet Fever, giveaways will take place in the Office of Campus Life from 11 am-2:30 pm (attendees will receive ribbon-shaped cookies and informational pamphlets) and will conclude with the Women’s Volleyball “Volley For The Cure” Game at 7 pm at the Keating Sports Center.

These efforts will support the Susan G. Komen for the Cure foundation with proceeds from t-shirt sales and donations.
