The Career Management Center is hosting an Employer Spotlight event for Eagle Seven from 5-7 pm on Thursday, October 10, 2013 in the McCormick Tribune Campus Center Ballroom.

Troy Kane, Chief Operating Officer for Eagle Seven and former Director of Proprietary Trading Client Development with CME Group, will discuss the trading industry. Students can expect a broad overview of what trading is, how technology is transforming the financial markets, and where the markets are headed in the future. Additionally, Shannon Ward, Director of HR for Eagle Seven, will discuss the types of technology roles that trading firms typically offer to new college graduates, and provide some additional tips on interviewing with a trading firm.

This event is open to all students in the business and technology fields. Refreshments will be served.
