Get a glimpse of how IIT Institute of Design (ID) faculty and students are working together this summer to design the future of data visualization, executive education, digital humanities, and more at the Institute of Design Open House, 6th Floor, 350 N. LaSalle Street, Chicago, from 6 pm – 8 pm on Wednesday, June 18, 2014.
The ID Open House will include a reception, short presentations in student workspaces, and information about joining the ID transcultural graduate program.
Prospective students are encouraged to attend to learn more about IIT Institute of Design and its role in the design community. Uncover moments of discovery from the past year while exploring the 2014 End of Year Show and get a tour of early-stage research taking place on campus this summer and the design process taught at ID, led by students and faculty.
Additionally, join a roundtable conversation on what goes into a portfolio, how to start your application, and who you might (or might not) ask for a recommendation.
