Volunteers are needed to come out and cheer the 2014 Bank of America Chicago Marathon runners and elite athletes as they run through Main Campus on Sunday, October 12, 2014. Join the IIT community at the northeast corner of 33rd and State Streets. The 26.2-mile race begins at 8 a.m. in downtown Chicago. Main Campus is at Mile 23 of the race.

To volunteer, RSVP no later than 5 p.m. on Thursday, October 9, 2014 to David Baker, vice president of external affairs.

Public transportation to campus on race day is strongly encouraged due to street closures for the race.
