Industrial Technology and Management (INTM) will hold its 17th annual Industrial Awards Dinner on April 27 at the Hilton Chicago Hotel. Honored at the event will be Joseph L. Arvin as the 2012 “Outstanding Leader in Industry” and INTM graduates from 2011. In addition to the focus on Industry, the event raises funds for INTM undergraduate scholarships.
Joseph L. Arvin is the president of Arrow Gear Company, a $42M precision gear manufacturer in Downers Grove, IL specializing in spiral bevel, spur and helical gears and custom gearboxes for the aerospace industry and commercial applications. Mr. Arvin was chosen as Outstanding Leader in Industry for his significant professional achievements and outstanding dedication and service to the field of manufacturing. IIT’s INTM programs provide undergraduate and graduate education for students interested in a range of industrial activities including manufacturing, industrial logistics and industrial facilities.
Arvin will be the featured event speaker, presenting “Manufacturing in America.”
