The United States is massive, and it can be overwhelming to think about where, when, and how to explore the country through travel. Hostelling International USA will be visiting IIT Main Campus to provide information on the types of travel available in the U.S., how to save money on transportation and accommodations, how to stay safe, and more. The event will be held on Tuesday, December 2, 2014 from 12:50–1:40 p.m. the The McCormick Tribune Campus Center Ballroom.

Light refreshments will be served.

Presenter: Megan Arlow is the regional engagement manager with Hostelling International USA. She studied abroad in Italy, taught in Japan for two years, and has traveled extensively in the U.S., Europe, southeast Asia, and north Africa.
