Join us on Wednesday, March 23 rom 5:30-7:30 p.m. in Siegel Hall, Room 118 as guest speaker Catherine Bronson discusses the rich, beautiful history of Muslim Spain. From stunning architecture to brilliant civilization, learn all about this often-forgotten piece of history. Dinner will be served.
Bronson is an assistant teaching professor at Notre Dame in Arabic and Middle Eastern Studies. Her degrees include B.A., St. Xavier University; diploma in Arabic language acquisition, University of Damascus; A.M. (Modern Middle East), A.M. (Early Islamic intellectual thought), and Ph.D., University of Chicago.
