The Illinois Tech Global Leaders Program (GLP) is currently seeking undergraduate students and experienced adult professionals who are interested in mentoring diverse, high-achieving high school juniors. The Global Leaders Program aims to inspire students to lead and serve their communities through STEM and access higher education.
Project Mentors will work with a small team of high school juniors over the course of 10 months as they implement a Community Innovation Project of their design. These projects address a real-world problem that scholars care about. Project Mentors will begin working with scholars in August and volunteer about five-10 hours per month to meet and advise their team of six to eight students. Learn more and apply here.
