Summer 2016 degrees will be conferred on Saturday, August 20, 2016. Graduating students whose degrees are conferred by August 20 and who have met any outstanding obligations to the university will be able to pick up their diplomas in person at the One Stop located in The McCormick Tribune Campus Center (MTCC), Room 106 from Monday, August 22 through Thursday, September 1, 2016, 9 a.m.-5 p.m. and on Friday, September 2, 9 a.m.-noon.

Students must present valid photo identification at the time of pickup.

Graduating students unable to pick up their diplomas will be able to request their diploma(s) be shipped to a preferred address at no charge. The shipment of diplomas will begin once the diploma pickup period has ended. Further information regarding the shipment of diplomas will be forthcoming.
