Book Launch Party for Programmed Inequality—January 27

A book launch party for Lewis College of Human Sciences Assistant Professor of History Marie Hicks’s new book, Programmed Inequality, will be held at Women and Children First, Chicago’s oldest feminist bookstore, on Friday, January 27 at 7:30 p.m.. All are welcome, and there is no cost to attend. The reception will be followed by a reading and a book signing. Women and Children First is located in Andersonville and parking is available in the lot behind the store, as well as on the street. More details about the event can be found here.
