Jena Henson, director of residence life, presented at the Indiana-Purdue at Fort Wayne’s Leadership Series on Equipping Leaders 101: What Every Leader Needs to Know based on the book by John C. Maxwell.  IPFW was traditionally a commuter campus. Henson was the first director of student housing when the first residential buildings opened on IPFW’s campus in 2004.
