The 2017 IIT/IITRI Faculty and Staff Family Picnic will take place on Thursday, July 20 from 12:30–3:30 p.m. at Siegel Field (north of S. R. Crown Hall, corner of 32nd Street and State Street).

Register now to enjoy a picnic buffet, desserts, children’s and adult games, raffle prizes, and more.

RSVP no later than Friday, July 7, 2017. Up to five immediate family members may attend the picnic with you. If you would like to bring more than five guests, please contact the Quality of Work Life Committee at qwl@iit.edu.

Please note that participants must be present to win raffle prizes.

An IIT/IITRI faculty/staff ID is required for admission.

Shuttle bus service will be provided for ID/DTC employees.

Help support local schools in our area and donate school supplies by bringing a pack of pencils, a pad of paper, or other type of school supply to the picnic.
