The National Science Foundation will host a webinar about graduate research opportunities on Tuesday, October 31 at 4 p.m. EDT. NSF fellows will learn about the Graduate Research Opportunities Worldwide program (GROW; NSF 16-012) and the Graduate Research Internship Program (GRIP; NSF 16-015). The webinar should be of interest to fellows planning to apply this year (the next deadline for both GROW and GRIP is Friday, December 15, 2017 for 2018–19). Other fellows are encouraged to learn about these opportunities for possible future applications. The programs provide professional development to fellows through (1) international collaborations with investigators in partner countries around the world (GROW), and (2) internships developed in partnership with federal agencies (GRIP).
