Kirsten Robinson was recently named Association of Division III Independents Player of the Week for action between October 23 and October 29. The honor is Robinson’s first weekly award of the season.
The junior from California had an impressive match on October 28 at Alverno College. In the team’s 9-0 win, Robinson tallied assists on each of the team’s first four goals. The four assists increased her season total to nine, which tied for second on the team.
Women’s Soccer ended the 2017–18 season with an 8-10-1 record, a two-game improvement from last season. Illinois Tech closed the season strong with a 6-2 record in October.
