Anthony Michael Kreis spoke to NBC News and Bloomberg Law about a decision by the U.S. Court of Appeals for the First Circuit upholding a verdict in favor of a lesbian firefighter who successfully sued the city of Providence for anti-gay and misogynist harassment she faced on the job.
He also spoke to Bigger Law Firm Magazine about his work with Equality Illinois to help draft a new state law -the second of its kind in the country – that bans “gay panic” defenses at trial.
Kreis also shared his thoughts with the Washington Blade about a federal judge’s preliminary injunction in favor of a University of Iowa student group that bans gay students from leadership roles.
