Cramb at the spring university-wide faculty and staff update meeting, which will take place on Monday, March 19 at 10 a.m. in the Hermann Hall Auditorium. A shuttle bus will be provided to bring employees from the Downtown Campus to Hermann Hall for the meeting. For staff and faculty members unable to attend in person, a webcast option will be available. Locations to view the webcast will be available at the Rice Campus, Room 118; Downtown Campus, Room 590; and Campus Building 90, Room 100 at the Institute for Food Safety and Health.

The shuttle bus schedule on March 19 is as follows:

• 9:20 a.m.—Pick up at Downtown Campus, southeast corner of Jefferson and Adams
• 9:45 a.m.—Drop off at Hermann Hall
• 11:30 a.m.—Pick up at Hermann Hall to transport to Downtown Campus
