KANSAS CITY, Mo. – The Illinois Tech women’s soccer team had two players named All-Central Region by United Soccer Coaches. Freshman Jamie Griggs has been named Third Team forward, joining Katie Hoefgen as Tech’s All-Region Selections.

In addition, Griggs tallied four game-winning goals on the season.

The California native had four multi-goal games including a four-goal performance in a 13-1 win at Alverno on October 6. Her biggest goal of the season came against Concordia-Wisconsin on October 13, as she notched the game-winner in double overtime in the 104th minute.
