The Muslim Students Association (MSA) at IIT is delighted to host a lecture by renowned speaker Yasmin Mogahed. This Student Activities Fund-sponsored lecture is open to all. The topic revolves around the lessons from the incident when Prophet Abrahim (peace be upon him) was willing to sacrifice his beloved son Ishmael for the sake of God.
The lecture will be held at Stuart Building Auditorium on Saturday, November 3 at 1:30 pm. After the lecture, the presenter will be holding a book signing for her new book Reclaim your Heart at the mosque in IIT located on the third floor Farr Hall, 3300 S. Michigan Avenue. Snacks and refreshments will be provided. For additional information, please contact msa@iit.edu.
