Illinois Institute of Technology’s Department of Mechanical, Materials, and Aerospace Engineering will be holding its 2nd annual Alternative Fuels Workshop. Sessions will focus on a variety of topics such as hydrogen use in the transportation field, the production and certification of drop-in biofuels, gaseous fuels created from waste products, and technological advancements for successful application in the power-generation industry.

This year’s workshop will be held at Illinois Tech’s Robert A. Pritzker Science Center on Tuesday, May 14 and Wednesday, May 15 from 8 a.m.–5:30 p.m.
