Are you interested in using your knowledge, skills, and creativity to develop a project that can help fight the impacts of climate change?
Stuart School of Business is organizing a team of 2-5 Illinois Tech students to enter the Climate Investment Challenge, a global pitch competition in which students develop innovative financial solutions to address climate change. These climate finance projects aim to create new business models, financial mechanisms, and sources of capital that can drive increased investment in renewable energy and actions to mitigate the effects of climate change.
Qualified applicants will have an understanding of climate change issues and their impact on economic development and must be currently enrolled at Illinois Tech. Undergraduate students may participate, but a graduate student is required to be the team leader.
To be considered for the Stuart team, submit your completed application no later than Friday, January 29.
