No Shade, All Tea is a groundbreaking and immersive dinner experience designed to create an inclusive space for women of color to engage in open, honest, and solution-oriented discussions hosted by Illinois Tech’s Black Student Union, Healthy Hood Chicago, and the Lambda Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta. This experience is aimed at addressing and dismantling the taboos, standards, and challenges faced by women of color from marginalized communities. Through curated conversations, skill-building sessions, and a shared dinner experience, participants will celebrate their experiences, explore solutions, and learn how to transform spaces for women of color to be comfortable, authentic, and empowered.
