Veronica Ibarra (BME, 4th year) was granted a travel award for the 2014 TERMIS-AM Annual Conference and Exposition. The TERMIS-AM is the key annual meeting of the Tissue Engineering & Regenerative Medicine International Society (TERMIS) held in the Americas each year.

The conference brings together more than 800 researchers, scientists, trainees, and students from both academia and industry to discuss critical developments in the field. The theme for this year’s meeting is Restoring Lives Through Regenerative Medicine. Ibarra will receive a complimentary full registration to attend the conference being held December 13-16 in Washington, D.C.
