The Illinois Institute of Technology athletic teams will be in action this week over spring break. Both Women’s Lacrosse and Men’s Volleyball will host events and play a few road contests.

Women’s Lacrosse, who are 3-1 to start the season, will play on the road on Tuesday, March 15 before heading home for a Saturday, March 19 contest. Illinois Tech closes out a three-match road trip at Huntingdon College in Montgomery, Ala. at 3 p.m. on Tuesday, March 15 before hosting Beloit College on Saturday, March 19 at 1 p.m. Saturday’s contest at Stuart Field is also CPS Appreciation/CPS Clinic Day and a Midwest Women’s Lacrosse Conference match. The Scarlet Hawks are 1-0 in MWLC contests this season.

Men’s Volleyball plays host to North Central College on Wednesday, March 16 in the Keating Sports Center at 7 p.m. Over the weekend, Illinois Tech will head to Cincinnati, Ohio for a tri-match at Mount St. Joseph. The Scarlet Hawks will oppose Greenville at noon and MSJ at 2 p.m. on Saturday, March 19.
