Register and join the Illinois Tech community on Saturday, July 13 from 9 a.m.–4 p.m. for the annual Block City family event on Mies Campus, where participants build a “city” using LEGO® blocks.

Clifford the Big Red Dog and the WTTW Kids BIG IDEA Tour for children ages  2–7 will be on campus beginning at 2 p.m. The BIG IDEA traveling lab inspires kids to discover their own big ideas as they explore themes such as emotions, life cycles, recycling, and the natural world.

Block City 2019 is free and open to the public, but registration by Friday, July 12 is required. Bring your completed participation waiver form to the event. Persons with disabilities who anticipate needing a reasonable accommodation or who have questions about physical access should contact community@iit.edu by July 12.
