The Chicago-Kent Law Review has published its new symposium issue “Dignity Takings and Dignity Restoration.” This symposium, organized by Chicago-Kent Professor of Law Bernadette Atuahene, features views from across several disciplines on dignity takings, a concept originated in Atuahene’s book We Want What’s Ours: Learning from South Africa’s Land Restitution Program. The issue was also the focus of the 2016 Chicago-Kent Law Review Live Symposium. Read the symposium issue.
