Join us for lunch and an information session about the Clean Energy Trust (CET) Challenge on Tuesday, November 17, from 12:45-1:45 p.m. in the Tech Park Atrium.

CET Challenge Overview Information:

• 2016 CET Challenge: April 12, 2016
• $1 million in investments made to clean energy start-ups in the Midwest
• Two tracks exist – one for student-led companies, one for early-stage companies
• Typically five-seven companies receive awards, which range between $50,000-$300,000
• Investments are in the form of convertible notes
• Challenge finalists receive mentorship and entrepreneurship support
• Challenge winners receive ongoing commercialization support from Clean Energy Trust
• Application period is open until January 6, 2016
• Review period: January 7, 2016-February 10, 2016
• Mentorship and Curriculum period: February 11-April 10, 2016
• Clean Energy Trust Challenge Event – pitches and awards: April 12, 2016
