Constitution Day: The Value of an Independent Judiciary

Constitution Day is a day dedicated to honoring the ratification of the United States Constitution, which took place on September 17, 1787.

To celebrate, please join the Chicago-Kent College of Law for a panel discussion on the value of an independent judiciary, featuring Professor Shapiro, Professor Krent, Professor Donelson, and Professor Rosen. Professor Schmidt will serve as the moderator. The event will be held Wednesday, September 17, from 3–4 p.m. in room C50 of the Chicago-Kent downtown campus.
