Fall 2016 degrees will be conferred on Saturday, December 17. Graduating students whose degrees are conferred by December 17 and who have met any outstanding obligations to the university may pick up their diplomas in person at the One Stop located in The McCormick Tribune Campus Center (MTCC), Room 106 on the early-bird diploma pickup days:

• Monday, December 19 from noon–5 p.m.
• Tuesday, December 20 through Thursday, December 22 from 9 a.m.–5 p.m.
• Friday, December 23 from 9 a.m.–noon

Students must present valid photo identification at the time of pickup.

Graduating students unable to pick up their diplomas will be able to request their diploma(s) be shipped to a preferred address at no charge. The shipment of diplomas will begin once the diploma pickup period has ended. Further information regarding the shipment of diplomas will be forthcoming.
