Spring 2017 degrees will be conferred on Saturday, May 13, 2017. Graduating students whose degrees are awarded by May 13 and who don’t have outstanding obligations to the university will receive their diplomas during the Illinois Tech Commencement ceremonies on May 13.
Students whose degrees are conferred by May 13 and who are unable to attend Commencement may pick up their diplomas in person at the One Stop located in The McCormick Tribune Campus Center (MTCC), Room 106 from Monday, May 15 through Thursday, May 25 from 9 a.m.–5 p.m. and on Friday, May 26 from 9 a.m.–noon.
Valid photo identification must be presented at the time of pickup.
Graduates unable to pick up their diplomas will be able to request their diplomas be shipped to a preferred address at no charge once the diploma pickup period has ended. Further information regarding the shipment of diplomas will be forthcoming.
