Eid Ul Adha is one of the two major religious festivals celebrated by Muslims every year. It marks the end of the Hajj pilgrimage, and commemorates the willingness of Prophet Abraham to give up his son Prophet Ishmael for the sake of God. One of the messages of Eid Ul Adha is to celebrate and enjoy the blessings and provisions that God has bestowed upon us all while being mindful of God above everything else in the creation.
