Calling all students and faculty! IMTS 2024 (the International Manufacturing Technology Show, www.imts.com) is the largest trade show in the western hemisphere, and it’s taking place one mile away from Illinois Tech’s Mies Campus at the McCormick Place Convention Center, September 9-14.
Attendance is FREE for students and educators who register through the IMTS Smartforce Student Summit.
IMTS provides a major educational and professional opportunity for students and faculty throughout the university:

Illinois Tech is exhibiting in the Smartforce Student Summit (Booths #121507 and 121508, East Building, Level 2), which welcomes thousands of high school and middle school students from Illinois, Indiana, Michigan and Wisconsin to spend a day learning about advanced manufacturing. The Illinois Tech exhibit will feature the SAE-IIT Motorsports electric race car, rockets built by students in the IIT Rocketry Club, 3D printed items created in the Idea Shop, and CNC machined components made in Illinois Tech classes.
