- “Large Projects”—$1,200,100–$3,000,000, up to five years; September 20 through September 30, 2019
- “Medium Projects”—$500,001—$1,200,000, up to four years; September 20 through September 30, 2019
- “Small Projects”—$500,000, up to three years; October 31 through November 14, 2019

All completed proposals must be ready for submission at least two business days prior to the deadline.
