For the second time this season, the Illinois Tech Women’s Soccer team has received a Northern Athletics Collegiate Conference (NACC) weekly honor. Madison Harris has been named the NACC’s Women’s Soccer Defensive Player of the Week for action September 17–23.

Harris, a junior center back from Franklin, Wisconsin, is an anchor for a Scarlet Hawk defense that recorded two shutouts to open conference play last week: a 4-0 win at Aurora on September 19 and a 2-0 victory at MSOE on September 22. Harris allowed just 14 shots (six on net) in the two matches.
