The Clinical Nutrition Research Center (CNRC) is conducting multiple nutrition research studies to find out the health benefits of foods high in polyphenols in the body. To volunteer for the study, complete a Pre-study Screening survey questionnaire here. After completing the survey, the CNRC review the information and match interested participants to a qualifying study. Confidentiality will be maintained to the degree permitted by the technology used. All the information provided will be used responsibly and will be protected against release to unauthorized persons.
