You may be eligible to participate in this nutrition research study if you are a healthy individual who is:

• 20-60 years of age
• a non-smoker

This study will involve:

• Three study visits
• Blood samples will be collected at each visit
• Test meals and beverages will be provided during the study visit
• You will be compensated up to $350 for completing the study
