IIT Research Day, sponsored annually by the Graduate College, Office of Research Support Services, will be held from 1 – 4 pm on Wednesday, April 18 at the IIT Tower and University Technology Park’s Technology Business Center atrium.  Research Day begins with a student poster session, with both graduate and undergraduate tracks.

Gabriel Spitzer, creator of WBEZ’s Clever Apes and reporter at KPLU Seattle, will present this year’s Sigma Xi lecture, “Science into Stories: The Human Angle on Research and Discovery.”

The poster session will be held from 1 – 2:30 pm in the atrium of the Technology Business Center .  The Sigma Xi Lecture will be held from 2:30 – 4 pm in the IIT Tower Auditorium.
