As a follow-up to the Staff Engagement Survey, the Department of Human Resources is distributing a training needs analysis to Illinois Institute of Technology staff. This anonymous and confidential survey is your opportunity to share your honest opinions and identify the knowledge, skills, and abilities to exceed performance requirements with tailored learning and development programs.

About the Survey

• The survey is confidential. All data remains anonymous. The Department of Human Resources will analyze and interpret the data.
• The survey is convenient and quick. It should take less than 20 minutes to complete.
• No individual can take the survey more than once.
• The survey will open on Wednesday, April 15. It will be distributed via your Illinois Tech email.
• The survey will close on Thursday, April 30 at 5 p.m.
