Negotiating and making presentations are two common activities of most professionals. This two-part program on Wednesday, March 9 from 9 a.m.-4 p.m. at the Illinois Tech Rice Campus in Wheaton, Ill. consists of “Negotiating” in the morning and “Conducting Presentations” in the afternoon. The negotiating session focuses on developing your skills in negotiating with your customers and internal associates. You will develop skills in tactics and counter tactics, concession making, achieving your intended goal, communicating and getting results. The conducting presentations session centers on preparing presentation documents, planning, opening the presentation, delivery, answering participant questions, and the closing.
