The Illinois Tech Idea Shop is hosting a Cross Border Hackathon open to all students and others interested in participating. $15,000 in cash and in-kind prizes will be awarded. Come help improve trade between U.S. and Canada by developing new apps. This event is sponsored by the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, U.S. Department of Commerce, U.S. Chamber of Commerce, Dickinson Wright and Northof41.org.
The Cross Border Hackathon will take place in the Idea Shop, lower level, Technology Business Center, 3440 S. Dearborn, Illinois Tech Mies Campus, starting at 5:30 p.m. on Friday, February 26 and continue until 3 p.m. on Sunday, February 28, 2016.
