Biweekly Timesheets are due Friday, January 17, 2025, for the weeks of January 5, 2025–January 18, 2025.

• Please estimate the hours worked for Friday, January 17, 2025, due to early submission and approval times.
  • Supervisors, please email payroll@iit.edu if actual hours need to be adjusted for Friday, January 17. Adjustments will be reflected in the subsequent pay period.
• Timesheets must be submitted by 10 a.m. on January 17, 2025, and approved by 4 p.m. on the same day.
• Timesheets received after 4 p.m. on January 17, 2025, will NOT be processed for the January 24, 2025 payroll date.

Please ensure that timesheets are submitted and approved on time to avoid any issues with payroll.
