The Payroll Office will be closed on Monday, September 1, in observance of Labor Day. Biweekly Timesheets are due Friday, August 29, 2025, for the weeks of August 17, 2025-August 30, 2025.

• Please estimate the hours worked for Friday, August 29, 2025, due to early submission and approval times.
• Timesheets must be submitted by 10 a.m. on Friday, August 29, 2025, and approved by 4 p.m. on the same day.
• Timesheets received after 4 p.m. on August 29, 2025, will NOT be processed for the September 5, 2025, payroll date.

Please ensure that timesheets are submitted and approved on time to avoid any issues with payroll.
