All members of the international community at Illinois Tech are encouraged to participate.

Improving your English and communication skills will help you excel in your coursework, enable you to collaborate more easily with others, and strengthen your ability to be successful in the global workforce.

What and When?
Intensive English courses focused on increasing the overall communication and cross-cultural skills of international students:

May 15 – August 4 (summer D session)

• IEP Listening and Speaking (6 hours), $1,644
  Tuesdays and Thursdays 10 a.m.–12:40 p.m.
• IEP Reading and Writing (6 hours), $1,644
  Wednesdays and Fridays 1:50–4:30 p.m.
• Introduction to United States Culture (3 hours), $822
  Fridays 10 a.m.–12:40 p.m.
